Evelyn Frazier began her career as a Realtor in 1989. Her reason for getting into Real Estate stems from her early years when she and her husband were looking for their first home. They found a small farm that they thought would be perfect for raising a family. At the time they could not get a loan and their dream home sold. Evelyn spoke to a friend who was a lender and he said he could have helped them, and explained how it would have been possible. It was then, that Evelyn decided she wanted to help young families that were looking for that first home! Over the years Evelyn has helped many first time buyers find their own Dream Home!
